Product returns

You have a 14-day window from the receipt date to request a partial or full refund. If the reason for return is our fault, such as a wrong item or defect, we cover the return costs. If it’s your fault, you’ll bear the return expenses. The returned item must be undamaged. To initiate a return, contact us via email or phone. Upon receiving the returned product, within 20 calendar days, your money will be refunded, based on your payment method.
