Product Order & Consumer Protection
Placing an order through our online store establishes a distance sales contract governed by Law 2251/1994. As per the Greek Civil Code, visitors must be legally capable, at least 18 years old, and not under legal aid for contract conclusion. Representatives of legal entities can also place orders. The company retains the right to seek responsibility from guardians or supervisors for orders made by incompetent individuals.
Ordering products
“Complete the order form with the required details for the transaction. To submit an order request, you must agree to our website terms by selecting the electronic option “I agree to the terms and conditions.” You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your information, which our company becomes aware of upon your declaration.”
Payment methods
- We accept various credit cards like Visa, Mastercard, and JCB for payment. The payment process occurs on the National Bank’s secure website, ensuring privacy. Your card details aren’t stored in our system. A 2€ fee (24% VAT included) applies for cash on delivery.

To complete a transaction, you’ll need to provide personal details such as your full name, shipping address, phone number, and email. If paying with a credit card, you’ll be directed to our partner bank’s secure environment. You’ll need to enter your card number, expiration date, and the three-digit security code. Your information isn’t saved, enhancing security. Payment is confirmed after validating the card, card details, and available balance for your order. You’ll receive a receipt via email.
The company processes this data in accordance with Law 2472/1997, Article 7A(1)(b), solely for order implementation. It won’t be disclosed, made public, or sold to third parties, except as per the legislated procedures (L.2225/1994) //2006. Customers outside the Union may face additional fees due to exchange rate differences, customs clearance, etc., for which the company isn’t responsible.
Shipping methods
Upon order completion, your shipment will be processed within 3-15 business days. We collaborate with a courier company to deliver within Greece, with weekday deliveries from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. For Greece, shipping is free if your order exceeds €100. For European orders, the shipping cost is €15, and for international orders, it’s €20. Shipping is complimentary for European and international orders when the value surpasses €150.
- Please note that, as a slow fashion brand, we manufacture products post-order. This production process may require 3 to 15 days to fulfill your order.
Product returns
You have a 14-day window from the receipt date to request a partial or full refund. If the reason for return is our fault, such as a wrong item or defect, we cover the return costs. If it’s your fault, you’ll bear the return expenses. The returned item must be undamaged. To initiate a return, contact us via email or phone. Upon receiving the returned product, within 20 calendar days, your money will be refunded, based on your payment method. Regarding changes to our terms of use and privacy policy, please refer to the respective updates.

“The Buttons” company has the discretion to update this privacy policy and the terms of use at any time, which will be announced on the website in a reasonable period of time. In any case, the conditions posted on the date of the order will apply to the user.
Applicable law
Greek Law applies to this contract, while for any dispute arising from the use of the services or for any other reason between the user and the company, the Courts of Athens are competent.

Once we receive the returned product, within 20 calendar days, we will process your refund. This timeframe considers the payment method you chose for your order.
